Padraig holds degrees in Economics from Trinity College Dublin (BA) and Nuffield College, Oxford (MPhil and DPhil), and in Health Economics from the University of York (MSc). Padraig is the Junior Research Fellow in Social Sciences at the Centre for Personalised Medicine. He also works as a Senior Researcher in Health Economics in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at Oxford. His research interests relate to the economic challenges and opportunities for health and healthcare that are associated with the increased availability of genetic data.
